45 Days Work Visa for a Foreign Expet:
Timeline:
Step 1: Collection of documents and submission of application to the Work Permit Unit.
The work permit unit will process the application within 6 working days and if approved, will issue a work permit. The foreign expert is now allowed to enter Israel. However, he is still not allowed to work.
Step 2: Collect Foreign expert’s passport and additional forms and then attend the Ministry of Interior to issue to Work Visa to his passport.
This is the point in time where the foreign expert can start working.
