The firm was founded in 2004 by Adv. Dotan Cohen and has 14 years of experience in the field. Today, the firm provides full legal services in the field of immigration and relocation.
Our Mission
To provide legal services and advise on immigration to the following countries: Israel, the United States and Canada. The process of immigration and relocation to another country is very complex. We strive not only to succeed in obtaining the desired visa, but also to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Before working on any new case our lawyers first conduct an eligibility review in order to determine any potential "mines", prepare accordingly, and save future distress.

Our Team
The firm has 13 employees, including attorneys licensed in Israel, the USA and Canada. The firm has a supportive administrative staff and a customer relations department that speaks English, Arabic and Hebrew. Our vast experience helps us to find our clients solutions to immigration problems.

CEO and Founder
Attorney Dotan Cohen is the owner and managing attorney at DC Law Offices. Mr. Cohen works with both corporations and individual clients on matters of immigration and relocation law. With over 16 years of experience as a practicing attorney, Mr. Cohen has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients on matters including corporate relocation, work visas, investment-based visas, family-based immigration, and the Diversity Visa process. Mr. Cohen has lectured extensively at prestigious conferences on the subjects of US, Canadian, Israeli and UK immigration law. He has been published several times by the Israeli Bar Association, and has been featured elsewhere in print and radio on the subjects of immigration reform, relocation trends, and various other immigration and relocation-related issues. Mr. Cohen has worked with some of the foremost immigration authorities including Ministries of Interior in several countries, and various Consulates and Embassies worldwide. Mr. Cohen holds a M.A. in Law and Economics and an LL.B. and B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
